Welcome to LocalEdge Calexico Towing. By using our towing and roadside assistance services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services We Provide

We offer emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services in Calexico, CA and surrounding areas. Our services are available 24/7, and we strive to respond as quickly as possible.

Response times may vary based on location, traffic conditions, weather, and service availability. We will always do our best to reach you promptly, but we cannot guarantee specific arrival times.

Payment and Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are based on factors like distance, vehicle type, time of day, and service complexity.

We will provide you with a quote before starting work whenever possible. Additional charges may apply if circumstances change or if extra services are needed beyond what was originally discussed.

Your Responsibilities

When you request our services, you are responsible for providing accurate information about your location, vehicle condition, and the assistance you need. You must also remove all valuable items from your vehicle before it is towed.

LocalEdge Calexico Towing is not responsible for items left in your vehicle during transport. We recommend taking your personal belongings with you.

Vehicle Damage and Liability

We take great care when handling your vehicle. However, towing and recovery work involves some risk, especially with vehicles that are already damaged or in unusual positions. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage that occurs due to the condition of your vehicle.

If damage occurs during our service that is directly caused by our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly. You must report any concerns immediately after service completion.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your service request, please contact us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and is on the way to your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover dispatch and travel costs.

Storage and Abandoned Vehicles

If your vehicle is stored at our facility, storage fees will apply after the first 24 hours. You are responsible for retrieving your vehicle in a timely manner. Vehicles left unclaimed for extended periods may be subject to lien procedures as allowed by California law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost income, or other consequential losses related to vehicle breakdowns or towing services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
